Amla Churna

Amla Churna is the powdered form of Indian gooseberry with several health benefits. Amla is a chief ingredient in triphala. Triphala is a combination of three excellent ayurvedic herbs which is seen effective in treating several clinical conditions. The general dose and administration of amla churna is 1 table spoon twice daily mixed with lukewarm water. Amla churna is rich source of Vitamin C and helps in easy absorption of food by the body.
